In addition, the issue will also include a sneak peek of the upcoming new superman series starting in June by writer Scott Snyder and artist Jim Lee. R.M. Guéra revealed as DJANGO UNCHAINED miniseries artist

DC Comics reports:
You may remember that at San Diego Comic Con we announced that Vertigo will be publishing a DJANGO UNCHAINED mini-series based on the upcoming film by Quentin Tarantino.
This morning, AIN’T IT COOL NEWS revealed that R.M. Guéra (Scalped) is the
interior artist on the DJANGO UNCHAINED miniseries and Jim Lee will be drawing the variant cover of issue #1.
Look for the first installment of this adaptation, which will include the full screenplay (that means scenes that may not make it into the final theatrical cut!), in stores this December.

I wonder how much that Jim Lee variant will cost.
More from Midtown Comics’ recent Jim Lee/Geoff Johns signing. Here’s us bagging and boarding our goods.
Jim Lee & Geoff Johns Signing @ Midtown Comics
On Friday, May 11th we decided to head down to Midtown Comics for their Jim Lee and Geoff Johns signing. In order to be admitted, people needed to purchase DC Comics’ recently released Justice League Vol. 1: Origin and only the first 200 people in line were allowed to get things signed. The signing was at 6:00 PM that evening, but fortunately we got there and got on line at 12:00 PM. Waiting on line for 6 hours wasn’t too bad. We had plenty of people there to help the time go quickly.
The 6 hour wait was definitely worth it. We were able to get a couple of things signed. Check out these links to see what we got — Drewtos’ stuff, King Alex’s stuff. Midtown Comics is awesome for setting this event up. It was great being able to meet two of the biggest names in DC. Check out our pics below.
